This hotel is excellent value for money, with prices that won't break the bank. The location in the city centre is perfect, with everything you could want just a stone's throw away. The staff are friendly and helpful, ensuring that all your needs are met. The rooms are basic but comfortable, with a good bathroom and all the essential amenities. The breakfast options are varied and delicious, with hot and cold options available.
Our stay at this hotel was more than satisfactory.

The service and food were excellent for us. Nice place for a couple of nights. Really close to the hotel there was crook hall gardens.

The location is magnificent, and staff is loyal, nothing too much trouble. Hotel is near the train station, it takes 7 mins to walk there. The room was pleasant as requested. Durham cathedral and other tourist destinations were situated within walking distance to this place...

There are also several food venues nearby, offering a variety of dining options. the hotel provides wheelchair accessibility, with a ramp available over the slip road for convenience.
There have been occasional issues with air conditioning not functioning properly at the hotel, leading to discomfort during warmer months.

The hotel was in a good location, close to many restaurants and shops. the room was also spacious and comfortable, with a large bed and modern amenities.
The cleanliness of the room was disappointing. the bathroom had not been properly cleaned and there were hairs on the floor and in the shower.
